I sent the final edits and the book blurb to my editor yesterday. It won’t be long now!
Operation Tampon Improvement
Yesterday I found Playtex online but they don’t list an email address. You can only write to them via snail mail. I think that’s ridiculous so I gave Tampax my excellent ideas. I sent them an email yesterday and this is the reply I received:
Thanks for contacting Tampax, Tammy.
We appreciate your taking the time to write, and you can be sure I’m sharing your comments with the
appropriate people in the company.
Thanks again for getting
in touch with us.
I wonder what it’s like working for Tampax. Do you think the guys sign their e-mails that they are with Team Tampax too? I will keep you posted on my progress.
Last night, Miss Wisconsin, was crowned Miss America. I was disappointed though when they put the diamond encrusted crown on her head. It should have been a cheese-head hat. I guess it’s only fitting that the state with the best football team should also be home to the most beautiful and talented woman in America. On Wisconsin!
Yesterday my daughter heard the song, “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off” on the radio and had questions. “Mom, what is Tequila and does it really make your clothes fall off if you drink it?”
“It’s an alcoholic drink honey, for adults only, and YES, it does make your clothes fall off so don’t ever try it.”
Hey, I’m a mom; I will use whatever tactics necessary to get my children to avoid alcohol. Besides, it wasn’t a lie.
British Word of the Day – Arse
In both languages the word ass means donkey. However in America we use the word a little differently the majority of the time. The word arse
means the same as ass to us but it’s considered ruder by our British friends. You can be a pain in the arse and you can also be an arsehole. But the meaning
changes if you are arseholed, that means you are drunk. Dong something backwards is arse about face. We would say ass-backwards.
I guess we will get to see the New York Giants get a good arse-whippen from the Green Bay Packers
Have a fantastic day passengers and Go Pack Go!!!!
